Hannah began her career in the property industry working in remortgages at a conveyancing firm, before moving into estate agency as a sales negotiator. These roles gave her valuable insight into the property process from both buyer and seller perspectives.

She then went on to qualify as a Mortgage and Protection Adviser, and joined PK Finance in 2020. Hannah has since further broadened her expertise by qualifying as an Equity Release Adviser in 2023, allowing her to support clients with both later life lending and standard mortgage and protection needs.

Ian has a wealth of knowledge having been in Financial Services since 1997. He started as a Financial Adviser for one of the major high street banks before moving into Mortgages & Protection. Having spent several years at one of the largest UK Estate Agents, he left to join us at PK Finance in March 2023. Ian’s experience has given him an in-depth knowledge of the house buying process, and is a great asset to the PK family.

Ian will tell you that the best thing about his job is to help people achieve their goals and dreams of home ownership. In his spare time Ian is a huge football and F1 fan.

Reza began his career at a mortgage brokerage in Cheshire, starting out as a junior adviser. Through hard work and dedication, he progressed into senior roles across several insurance brokerages in Manchester. When the time came for a new challenge, he discovered PK Finance. It turned out to be a perfect fit and an ideal next step in his professional journey.

Outside of work, Reza enjoys spending time at the gym or being taken on shopping trips by his daughter – and on park walks by his dog. In his downtime, he often attempts (sometimes unsuccessfully!) to play his favourite songs on guitar.

With over 25 years’ experience in human resources, people development and administration across sectors including civil service, education and banking, Chantelle brings a broad and adaptable skill set to her role. After a career break to raise her family, she moved into the world of mortgages, combining her organisational expertise with her passion for helping to support people through key life decisions.

Outside of work, Chantelle is a dedicated Girlguiding leader and enjoys theatre, live music, comedy, and unusual days out. She also loves to travel – ideally somewhere that involves discovery, laughter, and a great cocktail!
