PK Finance provide bespoke mortgage and protection advice. We believe in clear guidance, along with reliable and sincere service. All the advisers with the firm have extensive experience of the Financial Services industry.
Appointments can be conducted at your home, place of work or on any of the modern video calling software solutions. Office hours do not need to be adhered to either!

PK Finance is a trading name of Just Mortgages Direct Ltd which is an appointed representative of The Openwork Partnership, a trading style of Openwork Limited which is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.
About Paul Kozyra
Paul is the Principal of PK Finance. He has been involved in Mortgages since around 2003, working for some of the biggest banks and Estate Agency chains in the country, in both managerial and advisor roles.
Paul founded PK Finance in December 2016 with the aim of using the knowledge, expertise and contacts he’d made over this time.
In his spare time Paul likes to listen to, and occasionally play, heavy music, and goes to many gigs (sometimes accompanied by his daughters!) and is also a big football fan and will go to games whenever possible.
Meet the team
Hannah Renshaw
Mortgage & Protection Advisor
Hannah began her career in the property industry working in remortgages at a conveyancing firm, before moving into estate agency as a sales negotiator. These roles gave her valuable insight into the property process from both buyer and seller perspectives.
She then went on to qualify as a Mortgage and Protection Adviser, and joined PK Finance in 2020. Hannah has since further broadened her expertise by qualifying as an Equity Release Adviser in 2023, allowing her to support clients with both later life lending and standard mortgage and protection needs.
Ian Cooke
Mortgage & Protection Advisor
Ian has a wealth of knowledge having been in Financial Services since 1997. He started as a Financial Adviser for one of the major high street banks before moving into Mortgages & Protection. Having spent several years at one of the largest UK Estate Agents, he left to join us at PK Finance in March 2023. Ian’s experience has given him an in-depth knowledge of the house buying process, and is a great asset to the PK family.
Ian will tell you that the best thing about his job is to help people achieve their goals and dreams of home ownership. In his spare time Ian is a huge football and F1 fan.
Carly Davies
Mortgage & Protection Advisor
Having worked between estate agency and finance since 2006, Carly has a huge passion for helping people into their homes and loves dealing with first time buyers and home movers. She qualified as a mortgage and protection advisor in 2012 and worked for a number of years as an advisor in one of the UK’s largest estate agents before becoming self employed in 2020. Carly joined the PK family in August 2024 and loves being part of the team.
In her spare time, Carly is a Girl Guide leader and loves the outdoors, travelling, dancing and red wine – or any combination of!
Jake Gallimore
Mortgage & Protection Advisor
Having worked in the property industry for over 10 years, Jake has a wealth of experience and a real passion for helping people with their property and mortgage needs. Having lived in Nantwich his whole life, he has extensive knowledge of the local area and enjoys helping first-time buyers, home movers and existing homeowners find the right mortgage and protection solutions.
Jake joined the PK Finance family in October 2026 and loves building relationships with clients, making the mortgage process as straightforward and stress-free as possible.
Outside of work, Jake enjoys keeping active, whether that’s running, cycling, going to the gym or playing padel and tennis. He’s also a keen motorcyclist and loves spending time with his family and exploring the outdoors.
Matthew Stimpson
Mortgage & Protection Advisor
As a Mortgage and Protection Adviser at P K Finance, Matt is passionate about helping clients make informed financial decisions with confidence. He prides himself on providing clear, personalised advice and delivering a professional service throughout every stage of the mortgage and protection journey.
Building strong relationships with clients is at the heart of his approach, and he enjoys helping people achieve their property goals while ensuring they have the right protection in place for the future.
Outside of work, Matt enjoys playing golf, following football and the NFL, and keeping active through running. Family time is especially important to him, and he enjoys spending weekends with his wife, their two boys, and their Labrador Maggie.
Reza Ghazizadeh
Protection Advisor
Reza began his career at a mortgage brokerage in Cheshire, starting out as a junior adviser. Through hard work and dedication, he progressed into senior roles across several insurance brokerages in Manchester. When the time came for a new challenge, he discovered PK Finance. It turned out to be a perfect fit and an ideal next step in his professional journey.
Outside of work, Reza enjoys spending time at the gym or being taken on shopping trips by his daughter – and on park walks by his dog. In his downtime, he often attempts (sometimes unsuccessfully!) to play his favourite songs on guitar.
Chantelle Bell Griffiths
Administrator / Case Progressor
With over 25 years’ experience in human resources, people development and administration across sectors including civil service, education and banking, Chantelle brings a broad and adaptable skill set to her role. After a career break to raise her family, she moved into the world of mortgages, combining her organisational expertise with her passion for helping to support people through key life decisions.
Outside of work, Chantelle is a dedicated Girlguiding leader and enjoys theatre, live music, comedy, and unusual days out. She also loves to travel – ideally somewhere that involves discovery, laughter, and a great cocktail!
