Never used a mortgage broker before, always gone direct to the mortgage provider in the past so I was sceptical about using a broker initially. However, Paul provided a fantastic service from start to finish. Our mortgage application was so easy and straightforward as Paul did all the hard work. At a time when rates were dropping, with a click of a button Paul was able to reduce our mortgage rate on a number of occasions. He was continually checking rates and making sure we had the best deal right up to our house completing.
