Paul has been absolutely wonderful throughout the whole process of buying our first home. From the initial meeting where we looked at mortgage offers, to the final moments of completing on the house, Paul has been supportive, informative, friendly and quick to respond. Although they are based up north, Paul helped us buy our property near Brighton. PK Finance was recommended to us by family who also had an extremely positive experience and we couldn't have made a better choice. We got support to find the best mortgage deal for us and also home and life insurance. Once we put an offer on a house, Paul was very pro-active in securing us the best interest rate available as time went on and they fluctuated. We felt safe and supported the whole time and we know PK Finance will be there to help us when it's time to renegotiate the mortgage. Would recommend Paul to anyone. Never used a mortgage broker before, always gone direct to the mortgage provider in the past so I was sceptical about using a broker initially. However, Paul provided a fantastic service from start to finish. Our mortgage application was so easy and straightforward as Paul did all the hard work. At a time when rates were dropping, with a click of a button Paul was able to reduce our mortgage rate on a number of occasions. He was continually checking rates and making sure we had the best deal right up to our house completing.
